Call us now:

Talk about takin’ it to the limit—we rolled into New Braunfels’ historic Brauntex Theatre last Saturday night (July 26) like a band of desperados fresh off a dusty trail, battered by the “crud” that’s been making the rounds. With our frontman Clint and our bassist Jay fighting off the sniffles, our social media whiz sidelined completely, and our production manager Gavin sporting a face so puffed from a bad toothache that he looked like he had just done ten rounds with Mike Tyson, it could’ve been a recipe for disaster. But we’re Already Gone, folks—the South’s longest running tribute to the Eagles and we’ve been harmonizing through highs and lows since 2006, so there was nothing to do except turn potential heartache into a heartfelt victory lap, proving once again that it takes a village (or at least a tight-knit rock crew) to keep this show on the road.
The night kicked off with our signature Eagles flair, but behind the scenes, it was all hands on deck. Special shoutout to Carl at Brauntex for the clutch assist that kept Gavin in the game—without him, things might’ve gone from rocky to downright desperate. Everyone powered through like pros, heads down and amps cranked, delivering classics like “Take It Easy” and “Hotel California” and the trademark layered vocals and blistering solos kept us focused on the performance and not on the pain. Teamwork made the dream work: sound engineer Damian doubled up on duties, snapping photos and videos alongside special guest stars Lucas and Heather to capture the magic, ensuring fans could relive the night on socials despite the missing manager.
Since we had some voices on the mend, Leroy stepped up to the mic for extra lead vocals, treating the audience to an unexpected encore blast of Aerosmith’s “Dream On”—a curveball that went over so well that the audience was screaming right along with him. Slipping an Aerosmith wildcard into an Eagles deck added that extra edge of rock ‘n’ roll rebellion, and brought the crowd to their feet, (which saved them from having to get up again after the show was over. Efficiency, folks!)
Thankfully, everyone’s on the mend now and we’ll be back full throttle in plenty of time for our next show September 6 at Dosey Doe.
